Christine has been a professional goldsmith for 30 years. Trained at two master- workshops in Germany, she employs the traditional skills of the craftsman, enjoying the special properties of 18ct gold. Coloured stones are Christine’s primary inspiration, each unique piece developing |
from an individual ingredient, diamond often being employed as garnish. Themes sporadically pervade her work – Rooflines, Navigation, Gustav Klimt – but individuality remains her key component (no models, moulds or casting). Work is regularly exhibited in Germany, England, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
