Annette Hart Jewellery and Music are my main forms of art. Whether cutting my own stones to impress the beauty of nature into a new pendant, or playing my heart out onstage with my baritone saxophone, I enjoy seeing people receive pleasure from my efforts. My training includes the Trade Certificate in Manufacturing Jewellery, along with retail work and wholesale gemstone supply, and more recently Assembly Jeweller with a specialist handmade chain company. After winning a 1st in a Rock and Mineral Clubs National Competition in

2001, for the first time featuring my faceting and gem carving skills, I realised a new direction in design. I am now exploring ideas normally unavailable when using commercially available stones and sizes, each piece as unique as it can be. I love the look and feel of chain when handmade; it is much softer and has a smoother texture. Some styles I am currently exploring to best accompany my pendants were originally in vogue thousands of years ago.
